This policy sets out the steps Mynurva has taken and will continue to take to ensure slavery and human trafficking does not take place in any part of its business. Mynurva has a zero tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and this policy has been produced pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Steps for the prevention of modern slavery

Mynurva uses the following key performance indicators to measure how effective its’ policies are in ensuring slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of their business:

* Use of suppliers who themselves have in place ethical codes of conduct and often these are of a contractual nature.

* Carrying out due diligence where appropriate on suppliers.

* A regular review of policies, codes of conduct and working practices to show commitment.

*  All suppliers, contractors and other business partners will be expected to adopt the same approach.

Current Risks

We consider the level of risk of slavery and human trafficking posed to Mynurva, its suppliers, contractors and business partners as low.
