Refund Policy
Mynurva provides a 14 day refund policy on services purchased online provided the service has not been accessed.

Consumer Contracts
If you are a consumer, please note that if you access an online product or create an account on the Mynurva platform, you waive your right to a refund under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2015.
Counselling Appointments
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Your are able to rearrange or cancel an appointment over 48-hours in advance.
If you rearrange or cancel after that, the missed appointment is counted as one of your appointments.
If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances contact Mynurva as soon as possible as we can sometimes be flexible with late missed or rearranged appointments.
